Idafe Natural Monument
It is a rook of great beauty, composed by an intense erosion between Almendro Amargo and Rivanceras ravines, within Caldera de Taburiente National Park. It was a native cult place, because of its profile and height of about 100 meters. Its walls show an interesting rupicolous flora, where several Aeonium species stand out (mainly of Aeonium, Greenovia and Aichryson genders). In view it is a practically inaccessible area and far away from the main paths, this natural monument shows an optimal conservation condition, completely free from any type of use.
